Support and maintain global infrastructure services (Operating Systems, Virtualization, Storage, Backup, and Patching) within a transversal team.
Manage operations and Level 2 & Level 3 troubleshooting and maintenance for infrastructure and security issues.
Apply security best practices, including system hardening, configuration management, vulnerability mitigation, and security enforcement.
Implement scripting and automation techniques to standardize, optimize, and control environments.
Ensure infrastructure reliability and availability through active monitoring, alerting, and service management.
Oversee and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and external service providers during major global infrastructure rollouts (Identity, Data Center, and Network programs).
Collaborate across teams and regions, partnering with Application, Security, Cloud, and Citrix engineering teams.
Propose and implement new processes and operational methods using ITIL, Agile, and DevOps methodologies.

Experience: 5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer in corporate environments.
Education: Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Core Technical Skills:
Virtualization: VMware or Hyper-V.
Operating Systems: Windows Server and Linux administration.
Storage: Basic to advanced storage infrastructure management.
Security & Tooling: Security best practices, system hardening, and tools such as Qualys.
Scripting & Automation: Powershell, Bash, or Ansible.
Monitoring: Hands-on experience with reliability monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., PRTG, Nagios).
Patching & Maintenance: Familiarity with tools like ManageEngine or WSUS.
Methodologies & Governance: Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure Service Management, ITIL, Agile, and IT Security policies/regulations.
